Filip Tomasiewicz ("we", "us", or "our") operates ReadToMe Mom&Dad (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.

Our App uses the following third-party services:

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Sharing with Third-Party AI Services

ElevenLabs

ReadToMe Mom&Dad uses ElevenLabs (elevenlabs.io) as a third-party AI service provider for voice cloning and text-to-speech synthesis.

What data is shared:

1. Voice recordings — when you record a voice sample to create a custom voice profile, the audio recording is sent to ElevenLabs for voice cloning.
2. Voice name — the name you assign to your voice profile is sent to identify the cloned voice.
3. Story text — when you play a story using your custom voice, the text of the story is sent to ElevenLabs to generate audio narration.

Why this data is shared:

1. Voice cloning: ElevenLabs processes your voice recording to create a personalized digital voice model that sounds like you.
2. Text-to-speech synthesis: ElevenLabs uses your cloned voice model and the story text to generate spoken audio of the story in your voice.

Your consent: Before any data is sent to ElevenLabs, the app displays an in-app consent dialog that:

1. Explains what data will be sent (voice recording, voice name, story text)
2. Identifies ElevenLabs as the third-party recipient
3. Describes the purpose (voice cloning and text-to-speech)
4. Requires your explicit agreement

Voice profiles cannot be created or used unless you provide your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your voice profile within the app, which will stop all future data sharing with ElevenLabs for that profile.

Data protection: ElevenLabs processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy (https://elevenlabs.io/privacy) and provides data protection standards that are at least equivalent to those described in this policy. ElevenLabs does not use the data for its own independent purposes, nor does it train or improve its general models using your voice recordings or story text.

Retention: Voice recordings and cloned voice models are retained by ElevenLabs for as long as the voice profile exists in your account. When you delete a voice profile from the app, the corresponding data stored with ElevenLabs is deleted as well. Story text is transmitted to ElevenLabs in real-time for synthesis and is not retained after the audio is generated and delivered to the app.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase's infrastructure, which runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
