Account Deletion

CarScope – Account & Data Removal

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do so and what data will be affected.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to adamkowalczyk.12ac@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. We will confirm your request within 2 business days.
  4. Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

What data will be deleted

* Purchase records may be retained in anonymized form for up to 180 days for legal and financial compliance purposes.

Important notes

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to any purchased content or subscriptions. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through Google Play before requesting account deletion.
